hyperlinks in in-coming email not working in Outlook 2000

All of a sudden the links being mailed to me via email are not working. I did
not change any settings. Can anyone out there help me with this one.

Any help on this??? I have same issue I get message that operation canceled
due to restictions on this computer

Try this: in IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
