Hyperlinks Lost in Outlook 2002

We're using Outlook 2002 on a Windows 2000 machine. I'm trying to use the
merge feature to send multiple e-mail messages. My messages are losing all
HTML formatting, including Hyperlinks.

I understand there's a patch or fix for this with Outlook 2002. Can someone
point me in the right direction?
