Hyperlinks no longer taking me to webpage when I click on them...H

I'm new to OneNote, but I love it. Hyperlinks throughout my notes aren't
working when I click on them anymore. If I float over them the title will
come up showing me the URL of the hyperlink but clicking them does nothing.
They used to work. Can anyone tell me what I've done to screw this up? How
do I fix it?

It's really strange. Ni idea in what might have happened.

Right-click on the shortcut that you use to open Windows Mail.
Select Properties. In the field labeled 'Start in' change the entered
value to %UserProfile%. Click OK. Restart Windows Mail and try opening
attachments.

Try fixing by running a Repair (Control Panel | Add or Remove Software
[XP] / Programs and Functions [Vista]).
