Hyperlinks not opening from E-mail

When I click on a hyperlink within an E-mail, I get an error box which says:
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator. "

I use Mozilla Firefox as my default web browser.

Any ideas ? Thanks.

Reset web settings in IE, verify it works then set Firefox as default.

web settings. once it works, set FF as the default.
