Hyperlinks not working

Web site published to ftp once before with hyperlinks to media files working
fine. Updated site now publsiehd again to same ftp and the hyperlinks don't
function. I have read all the help guides and believe my paths are entered
correctly, everything matches, I can see the media files on the ftp
directory, etc. ANY ideas about how I'm screwing up?

If you post your site's URL, it makes it a tad easier to see what the
problem is.
