Hyperlinks on Dynamic Web Templates - Can this be right ?

I have made my overall layout as a Dynamic Web Template including
banner and 5 pictures with hyperlinks.

When I attach this DWT to a new page then the hyperlinks do not
work. In fact the IS no hyperlinks ?!?

I'm using Frontpage 2003.

And are they in a non-editable region of the DWT page
