Hyperlinks open Home page in IE7

I can not get hyperlinks to work in Office 2003 e-mail. I have Windows XP
and IE7. Whenever I click a hyperlink it opens two (2) pages of IE7 with the
first page blank and the second page opens my home page. The irony of this
is if I have IE7 already open and an URL open then the hyperlink works just
fine as it will open a second page to the appropriate hyperlink.

Can anyone help?
