I have two related problems with hyperlinks

I have a document (created by another user) with two hyperlinks. One link works, one doesn't but I can't work out why, there isn't any difference between them (and I have tried changing the good link to a link in the same location as the bad and that is fine). Equally I realised there was a bookmark attached and removed this. There does not appear to be any other things attached and I have checked the hyperlink properties. Does anyone know why this is the case

I did totally remove the link and re-entered which worked BU

The second problem is, there are 100 word docs with the same problem - Is there a way to do a batch change to all the documents? I thought maybe a macro but you have to open the document first (I think)

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Doug Robbins - Word MVP

You can use the Dir function in a macro to process a batch of documents in
the one folder. Check out the example in the VBA help file.
