Hyperlinks stopped working in OutLook (classic) w/ Panther 10.3.3

Hyperlinks work in OutLook running in os 9.2.2 but not in 10.3.3 via classic.
Shift clicking the hyperlink and trying to select a browser does not work.
Any suggestions?

I was just going to post the same question.

I'm having the same issue although for my users quitting
Classic and restarting Outlook fixes it. However, my
users are getting frustrated since it can happen again
anywhere from 15 minutes to a day later.
