Hyperlinks to OneNote opens Chrome not OneNote

A few days ago these same links worked. Now whenever I click them Excel
opens/switches to Google Chrome (my default browser).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Vista Business, Onenote 2007, Excel 2007
