Hyperlinks to the middle of the web page

I have hyperlinked all of my web pages together. When I click on a link I get sent to the top of each correct page. Except, when I hyperlink to one of these pages it takes me to the middle of the page view, not the top of the page. I have un-linked the page and re-linked it, but the problem remains. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

maybe there's a remnant of a book mark in the link.
can you post a link to the offending page and someone will look at the code.

Are you using bookmarks, could add the html code in your next posting
