Hyperlinks with Drop Down Boxes

Wanted to try to create a drop down menu (ie, text box)
that allows the user to link to another page. Is there a
way to do this in FrontPage? This would allow th euser to
seelect from a finite list (in the box) and go directly to
their selection. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated! Thanx!
