This problem is related to the known bug with hyperlinks
when you Save as a Web page. I used the workaround in KB
article 299175 but that is only a partial resolution. I
have multiple hyperlinks in my drawing and some of them
still do not work with this workaround. I have edited the
..XML file that is created when you Save as a Web page and
that seems to fix the broken links but this is becoming a
tedious process when I have to open and edit the .XML file
for each of my drawings.
