Hyperlinks

I've created hyperlinks to other Word documents but see that it requires the
user to press Control/click to go to the link. Is there a way to configure
the links to go to the linked document by just clicking or double-clicking?

BTW, I was unable to create a new Question or General Comment, only the
Suggestion for Microsoft option would bring up a dialog box.
