Hyperlinks

Hi

I have created a 123 page Word document, by writing out from a databse and
it contains hyperlinks on each page which were active in the database.
However Word does not recognise them unless I insert a carriage return at the
end of each link. I already have the button selected for autoformat as you
type. Is there any quick way of getting word to activated the hyperlinks?
Thanks for your help

Go to Tools | AutoCorrect | AutoFormat and clear all the check boxes except
the one for "Internet and network paths with hyperlinks." Then select the
entire document and go to Format | AutoFormat, make sure the "AutoFormat
now" radio button is selected, and click OK (or use the AutoFormat button on
the Formatting toolbar if available).

And to forestall a common mistake, notice that there are two separate tabs
on the AutoCorrect dialog, "AutoFormat" and "AutoFormat As You Type". The
one you need for this operation is just "AutoFormat".
