hyperlinks

I need to hyperlink to an external web page that uses frames. I need one page to display in the main frame and another page to display in the contents frame. I know how to do this internally, but it doesnt work the same externally. How do I hyperlink so that it will show all the default frames with the pages I need? I can type in the index page and it will come up with the frames and all but if I hyperlink to a specific page it will only show that page without the frames around it. Please help me out. Thanks

You have no control over this when it is not your site. Is this other site is yours, then create a
frame page with the pages you want loaded.
