I typed "Print attached form"
Clicked Insert Hyperlink
Clicked Existing File
Found file and clicked on it
Saved file as .pub
Saved file as Publish to Web
Click on Web page preview
Hyper link appears as text of the file location and name and link does not
work.

Other links on same page work - any suggestions?

When you are doing a Web page preview, you are looking at files in your
computer and the link is pointing to the file on the server. If you did
upload the pub file you should see it when clicking on the link on the
webpage when connected to the webpage.

BTW, you would be better served if you converted the pub file to a PDF file.
Only visitors who have Publisher, and then the version that created the pub
file, or a newer version of Publisher will be able to open and see the
contents of the pub file.

Thanks Guys for the information - I had used Microsoft WORD for years with no
problem. Upgraded to WORD 2007 for Home, only to find out it no longer
supports .htm files and was forced to purchase Publisher. This is much more
difficult to someone who was used to creating a WYSIWYG file. I never had to
understand all the ins and outs of Web Design before.

I was able to make the changes you suggested and it works, ending over 48
hours of complete frustration.

Thanks again.
