Hypertext Links

I cant find where you turn a text website or email address into a hypertext link. Where is that?

Dear, You cannot find it while composing the mail.
There is a sad part with Entourage even if you have a latest version still you cannot add any kind of hyperlink to a text as you used to do in other application.
But if you have simple website name that you want to be displayed underlined then add prefix <http://> and email will always be underlined.

Who wrote this program? First they decided that I should not be able to have return receipts because THEY don't like them and now I cant have hyperlinks.

I fled PC's for the very reason that I wanted to get away from Microsoft. Now it seems that I'm never to lose their arrogance even in my flight to MAC.

U know what buddy... u never got rid of Microsoft, U still have Entourage thats build by Microsoft. Ok, y don't u try Apple Mail? It has many features. Try to send Hyperlinks there.

It's because they are practically useless.

IMHO, hiding a link behind text is a good way to spam someone. I prefer to
see the link. YMMV
