I accidentally deleted a table in access. Can I retrieve it?

I have looked in my recycle bin on my lap top but it isn't in there. I am
working on a vpn connection to work however. Might the file be in a recycle
bin on that space?

Hi Catherine,

All objects in a JET (Access) database are stored in .mdb files. When you
delete an object (ie. table, query, form, report, macro or module), it is
removed from the existing .mdb file; objects are not sent to a recycle bin
when deleted.

Try the following KB article, written for Access 2000, but should work
equally well with other versions:

How to Recover a Table Deleted from a Database
