I am desperate to be able to log on!

I've posted in the Install section and not received an answer, so I'm going
to try posting here. I have been unable to log on for two weeks! I need to
get to my client's data. Can you help?

When I open Groove, my Launchbar opens, but when I click on my conference (I
only have one) I get this.

Please help! What can I do to get into my conference?

Hi,

Have you bee upgrade you IE to version 7? If you are using Groove with IE7,
there may be some problem of un-compatible. Please roll back to IE6.

If this issue is not related to IE7, you can let the workspace manager
un-invite/re-invite you to recovery this workspace.
