I am encountering problems with justification

I type a lot of documents and used to justify them so all sentences were the
same length except the last of a paragraph. I cannot seem to do that anymore
and the problem is somewhat annoying! Any help would be appreciated.

Is it just the last line of the paragraph that is causing the problem? This
is often solved by inserting a carriage return/enter after the last line.
