Runaround, there is little info on startup problems. I have no idea what this
idiotic message means, nor what to do about it. Typical chiphead

You stand a much better chance of getting an answer if you post your
question to a relevant newsgroup. Since you're asking about Outlook, I'd
suggest asking in one of the Outlook groups.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
