My send/receive is not working although I am connected to the internet. It
seems to me that my OUtlook has become corrupted. How do I fix it?

More info needed. What is the error message (if any) when you click
send/receive?

State your Outlook version, the type of account you're using, the EXACT text
of any error messages you get, and what you've done so far to try to fix it.
