I am having trouble viewing some attachments in email.

Sometimes when I receive an email I can't read the attachment.There are a
number of problems. One error says wordpad has caused an errorin
MSWRD832.CNV. Wordpad will now close. Another says unable to load graphics
filter and opens as ablank page.
