I am tryinig to put into words a business proposition for a joint venture
with an operating partner for a restaurant. This venture would specify each
ones interest and job description. Can anyone help?

You'll probably have better luck posting this question to a Word Newsgroup. This newsgroup is for
questions dealing with the database product called Microsoft Access which is part of the Office
suite of products.
