I am looking for the twinkle animation that I thought was in ppt.

I seem to remember a twinkle animation. It doesn't seem to be in ppt 2003.
Anyone know where I can get it?

There's a custom animation in powerpoint 2003 called "blink" it's under the
yellow "emphasis" set of animations
