Do you have a web open (not just a page)? Your host may not allow the
email transport feature (of the server ext.) to function on their server.
Can you open the site live, and set up the form on the live page?
On trying this myself, I was able to duplicate your problem....I figured
some setting must be out of synch on your Frontpage settings. Go to Tools >
Page Options then to Authoring (tab). make sure you have the setting
"Default" or
"Complete" in the "Frontpage & Sharepoint technologies" drop-list (directly
under the exclamation mark icon).
Also the "browsers" option(s) should be set to custom. If this doesn't
help, post back with further information.
