I can not access any feature of Microsoft Office 2003. Ie: In Word "This
modification is not allowed because the document is locked" appears when I
try to type. Most of the Toolbar is grayed out. The protect document property
under the Tools tab is grayed out. I can not figure out how Office became
locked. I purchased these Authentic Microsoft Office CD's back in August
2005. All has functioned properly until approximately 1 week ago. Please help.
