i am receiving email on my OWA but not on my entourage from windowsexchange server.

Hi! i am receiving email on my owa but not on my entourage all of sudden, the contacts, sent email and others are working fine, and i am also able to download emails on my I phone but no new emails are coming in the entourage inbox.
can anyone suggest what could be the problem, do i have to reset my account.

I suspect that the Exchange cache needs to be cleared. In Entourage, in
the list of mailboxes on the left, select the root of the Exchange
account and Ctrl-click it to get to the properties. From there in one
of the panes you can clear the cache.
