i am trying to get my host settings into fp

I am useing office xp with FP and i need to figer out how to put in my host
settings into it so i can upload and download or just upload atleast if
anyone can help please

Explain host settings
If you mean the URL of your online hosted site (to publish to) enter it as
http://www.yoursitename.com/
