I am unable to download Microsoft Office update

I have tried twice to download the Microsoft Office update after installing
Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Edtional full version. It takes several
hours to download and then I lose my internet connection. Any suggestions?

Hi, eskelly2000,

Are you using Office Update web site or the Microsoft Update web site? Did
you use the "automatically check for updates" functionality, or are you
manually selecting updates to install?
