I am unable to get sound (music) using powerpoint viewer

I have a presentation that I want to distribute on a CD to others (they may
not have powerpoint). If necessary, I will have them copy the presentation
from the CD to their hard drive.

I run the program without any problems using my powerpoint software, but
when I try to run it off of powerpoint viewer, I do not get any sound (music).

Did you include the sound file on the CD and make certain it stayed linked?
