I am unable to install update 3. No error, just says unsuccessfu.

Has this happened to anyone else? How did you fix it. I have disk space,
original proplus.msi that I installed from, didn't touch the registry... I
have Word, Excel and Outlook updated to 2003. All the rest of the software
is 2002.
