I am unable to open Outlook.

When I attempt to open Outlook 3, I get this set of error messages:
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open window. Set of folders could
not be opened. Services not available. Help!

Do you mean version Outlook 2003?

Was it an upgrade from an earlier version of Outlook? If so you could have
exceeded the size limit on a PST created with an older cersion ot Outlook.

Have you verified the profile exists using the mail applet in the Control
Panel? Also, you can check your PST for errors or corruption by running a
repair tool called scanpst.exe against it.
