BTYahoo is the default mail manager and OUtlook is also on my PC. Neither
have my mail their inbox. I can send e-mails. I have sent one to my work
address and tried to reply but it did not arrive, as far as I can tell.
I can't access the telephone helpdesk for Outlook because it is only
available during weekdays in office hours.
