I am wanting to start a Good News Newspaper. How do I start?

1) Have lots of money in the bank.
2) Line up a bunch of advertisers.
3) Line up a way to distribute the papers - laws may apply about
throwing them free on people's yards
4) Find writers to cover different segments
5) See a psychiatrist and check if you are sane - wait, that should be
number one!

If you are serious, e-mail me with your specifics. In 99 percent of the
communities in the US, economic conditions are not great for a
newspaper. If you are talking about a newsletter, then things are different.
