I am working overseas and now cannot access my email accounts thr.

In my home country when I send and receive in Outlook I receive my email
accounts. I am working temporarily in the US and when I attempt to send and
receive I get an indication that server is been found but I am denied because
my account or password is wrong.
Do I need to get a different password or do I change some settings in email
acounts?

You will need to ask your Internet service provider about this. Some block
the SMTP protocol for all but their own servers.
