I believe this is an index, match question

Hi everyone,

Question: How do I find the max value in a two column table and reveal
(show) the text value that is written to the left of the value.

Home 25
Visitor 19
Stranger 33
Relative 5

I would like to display Stranger because the cell next to it is the MAX
