I bought office new, but now cant unlock it worked fine before

It wasn't a trial version or anything, it just stopped working all of a
sudden.....locked itself up. I tried re-installing it, activating it again,
don't know what else to do. What can I do? Can somebody help me?

Hi, joao,

When you say "locked itself up", what do you mean? Did it tell you that you
are in disabled mode because of product activation, or are you not able to
launch programs, or what?

What version of Office, Windows? Are you able to complete the activation
successfully? Are you receiving an error?
