I can´t change the Macro Security

Hello!

If I change the Macro Security Level from High to Medium
then I can´t see some changes.
I change the Level click OK, but if I go again
to see the Macro Security Level then was there no changes.

Can somebody help me?

YOu must restart Outlook after changing the macro security level.

If I restart Outlook then is the macro security level
the same as before.
Why?
But its not only at my local machine.
I test it on other Outlook XP machines and there
are the same.

Outlook displays the last value you set for macro security, but it doesn't
actually apply that value until you restart Outlook.
