Sorry, Erica, but you've neglected to indicate what version of PowerPoint &
what operating system you're running it on. Without that information we
can't even guess what the problem may be. Specific update level of each is
important information... Especially in this case - I get the impression that
you may be using a Windows system but have been misdirected to this
newsgroup which is for PowerPoint on the Mac. If I'm right use this link to
