I can’t open web site links any body sends me in outlook, get message saying

“This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
Computer. Please contact your system administrator"

How do I fix this???????????
I have try'd resetting in my tools, internet options to no avail.
PLEASE HELP.

Answered innumerable times already and documented in Microsoft's
Knowledgebase. In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web
Settings.

thanks again diane as a result of your links the problem turned out to be
that my internet explorer was not set as default in internet explorer 7
