I can download Frontpage templates,but not others

Please help!I used to be able to download Clipart & templates from Microsoft
but can't anymore.Oddly though I could download Frontpage templates when I
tried again this morning.I've reset Exploere to its default settings but no
luck

Your Internet temp cache maybe full, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet options,
delete files.
