I can never change the font type of size in Navigation bar.

After I applied a theme to the current website, my
navigation bar simply display all the links in Big Ugly
Times New Romans, no matter how I customize the Themes'
elements, I've changed all the Text to Arial, but simply
doesn't work, why Microsoft cannot just let me change the
font by select the navigation bar? If there is a theme
function, please make it working with clear concept....let
me choose the element I want to change in the "preview
lane", instead giving me detailed "html tag" with "al,
a:body, pre, th, ul..." etc... I'd rather using CSS editor
by third party programs like Dreamweavers now.

Btw, I'm using Frontpage 2003 Beta. at this point, I
cannot feel any difference between this version and FP_XP.
the DHTML function doesn't working well too....I'm
disappointed.
