I am facing the similar issue. PWA is not accesible on using IP.

Firstly I would recommend that you don't stop DNS.
Firstly I would recommend that you don't stop DNS. Project Server will
require DNS to resolve the names of others servers
Does it work as expected when you have DNS running
Have you added an AAM for 10.0.0.40 to the internal zone

zones internal ,extrnal , internet, default not one working from real ip
plz give me steps that help me to publish project server without need to
international DNS with Real IP (internet ip address) only i do not have
firewall on this server and i have real ip on it

Are you testing the Internet IP from a PC on your local network ?
Are you testing the Internet IP from a PC on your local network ? Have you
tried from a PC which is not connected to your network
What is the topology of your farm? (ie placement of web front end,
application, sql and AD servers).
Are you using any firewalls at all

name and password and try to connect to "arcomsps" server name and show "Page
can not display" show to him link like internal user

My farm topology: all services (SQL server 2005, Project server 2007 and i
access pwa from the same server ) installed on the same server and the server
join to domain of my company
i disable all firewall on this server so it without any firewall now until i
fix the problem

Have you got a IP gateway and public DNS servers configured on the server?
Have you got a IP gateway and public DNS servers configured on the server?
Has the IIS website got a host header containing the public ip addr?
Try creating a simple website with anonymous access on a different port.
Can you access it from a pc on your adsl line ?
If you switch it to integrated authentication and turn off anonymous access,
can you still access it?
If the above works then it's likely a problem with your AAM.
If the above does not work then there's a routing/firewall issue.
