I can not edit pictures. Buttons there changes are not.

I have office 2003 and am using the Picture Manager included with it. It
will not allow me to make changes to the pictures.

Are you getting an error? Are you viewing a single image? Are you clicking the
"edit pictures" button on the "Getting Started" taskpane?
