I would like to use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to edit pictures,
unfortunately it will not let me. For example, when I move the crop margins,
then hit okay, the margins pop back to their original position.
Have already tried rebooting, reloading MS Office, using picures saved
on/off the hard disk, using pictures which were previously capable of being
edited. All pictures are .jpeg.
