I can not enter Word, Excel, Access or Publisher.

I can't enter any Office Application. I get a window that says, "This
application must be installed to run. Please run Setup from the location
where you originally installed the application." Please note that I possess
my original Microsoft Office 97 CD with Key: 2590-1456057. I also have my
original Windows98 CD. Thank you for your help.
