I can not get a music file to play in powerpoint, it is 2.72MB HEL

some music files work, some do not ?? the one i am trying to use in a slide
show is only 2.72MB and it is not playing, it is an MP3 file, is there any
way to get it to work ?

I know people hate the question, but where did the file originate? I ask as
it may have DRM content preventing playback.
