i can not insert page no. in word 2007 document.

please help me about how to enable insert page no. options. i have checked
word options.but there is no disabled item in word options. also my header n
footer working good.
is page no. insertion option not installed in my word doc?
is it disabled ?
please tell me from where i can enable it.

What have you tried? In the Insert tab, click the Page Number tool. Are you
saying that it's there but isn't working?
